XInvestor is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built to simplify and enhance the experience of trading altcoins. The focus was on delivering a clean, intuitive design that supports diverse functionalities like a launchpad for new tokens, detailed project insights, and an easy on-ramp for users entering the crypto space.
1. Home Screen
Objective:
Design a homepage that introduces the platform, highlights key features, and provides quick access to trading options.
2. Launchpad Screen
Objective:
Showcase the launchpad, where users can discover and participate in token presales with transparent information.
3. Launchpad Detail Screen
Objective:
Provide detailed information about a specific token presale, including metrics, team details, and project roadmap.
4. On-Ramp Flow
Objective:
Design an onboarding flow that guides users through the process of purchasing crypto or connecting their wallets seamlessly.
Closing Notes
Although XInvestor launched for only a few months before shutting down, the project was a valuable learning experience. It deepened my understanding of visual design and design thinking in the crypto space, particularly in crafting clear hierarchies to simplify complex workflows. These insights have been instrumental in refining my approach to designing for challenging and dynamic industries.
